Services provided maybe covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Cash, check, FSA, HSA and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified our office at least 12 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a fee of $20.00. Insurance will not cover these fees; therefore, you will be responsible. Short notice cancellation fees are due at the beginning of your next session.
